Paul Andersen

Paul Andersen is an educational consultant and YouTube creator living in Bozeman, MT. With over 20 years of experience teaching science in Montana, Paul has developed a strong focus on 3-dimensional learning and inquiry-based education. He was honored as the 2011 Montana Teacher of the Year and was a finalist for the 2011 National Teacher of the Year.

In addition to his teaching career, Paul has created hundreds of science tutorials on his Bozeman Science channel, which have millions of views worldwide. His videos and tutorials have become invaluable resources for students and educators alike.

Over the last ten years, Paul has provided professional development training for thousands of students, teachers, and administrators around the globe, emphasizing practical and meaningful strategies that can be applied immediately in the classroom. Paul is also the curator of The Wonder of Science website, a comprehensive platform created to support the next generation of science teachers. The website aggregates resources developed by Paul and other educators implementing the Next Generation Science Standards (NGSS), including videos, assessments, and mini-lessons.

Together with his wife Laura, Paul recently launched Switch-Its, a versatile systems thinking tool designed to enhance educational and organizational processes. This innovative product reflects their shared commitment to improving learning experiences through tangible, hands-on manipulatives.
